"Bodywork Tailored to Your Specific Needs"

The most common forms of this condition among my clients are tennis or golfers elbow, depending on whether the pain is on the outside or inside of the elbow. It is oftentimes a result of injury or overuse, and there is usually a weakness of the wrist and difficulty in grasping objects. Conventional medical treatments range from immobilization by a splint to cortisone shots and surgery.

Some of my clients come to me with a strap just below the elbow prescribed by their doctors to reduce pain and inflammation — unfortunately without long lasting results because it only treats the symptoms and not the cause.

One of the primary causes of the condition, or why some people are more prone to tendonitis, is a structural pattern — internally rotated shoulders, arms, and sunken chest. When this pattern is released by a specific protocol working the adjacent supporting soft tissue, a new balanced postural alignment is supported. Inflammation and pressure on and around the elbow joint tendons is reduced and healing takes place.

"Ken has the experience and intuitive ability to zero in on the best solution for my tendonitis and chronic pain in my arms, neck and lower back."
