Trigger points are highly irritable spots in
muscles, usually damaged tissue that contribute to pain
and limited movement. Trigger point therapy effectively diffuses
trigger points and pain by first locating the points and then
compressing them. The relieved muscles are then "re-educated"
with gentle stretching and movement.
